Please see the video in the twitter account of Hugo di Portogallo. You can see the same vehicle and flag that is shown in viral video with wrong claims. Video is genuine but the captions shared with video are false.

Below is the still from above shared video that shows the same Indian flag which is shown in viral post. If you see, “BERLIN INDIAWAALE” is written on the vehicle. Hence the claim on viral post is wrong. Its nether from London nor the song is Lollipop lagelu. No connection with World Cup 2019 either.
