Mean temperature will be between 45.1 to 48.5degrees Celsius
Please drink 6-7 liters of water a day, Avoid going out in open sun from 11AM- 4 PM.

Verification:

No such RED ALERT has been announced by Tamil Nadu government as on the date of this post.

However there has been Heat Wave Warnings given. Quoting from the article at the document here
