As per police sources, a video of a lady identified as Jyoti Devi, wife of Krishan Lal, a resident of Nagri Parole went viral on social media in which she was seen beating her minor girl child mercilessly. “The video was shot around two months back. As there is internet ban in Union Territory Jammu and Kashmir, lady’s husband uploaded the video on the social site from internet zone few days back”
A case under FIR Number 353/19 has been registered at Kathua Police Station and investigation has been entrusted to SI Ved Parkash. A senior police officer while talking to the media persons confirmed about the incident.
