This incident took place in Bawamohatra, a village in Bemetara district of Chhattisgarh, on 8th January 2019. Crocodile named Gangaram died near the community pond.Gangaram was three-metre-long reptile and was 130 years old. People were very upset. The villagers performed his last rites.
