The image of Pundit Nehru circulating on social media is not true. This is being shared in 2017 also.
It is going viral again calming that Pundit Nehru took bath in Kumbh and also performed thread ceremony. The image is very true, but the caption to the image is false. This image is from India Today Magazine. It was publish on 6 March 2006 as “Book review: ‘The Nehrus: Personal Histories’ by Mushirul Hasan & Priya Kapoor”.
