The old images are picked up from different incidences of different years and a fake post is created with misleading caption and is shared on social media with a communal twist. The caption given to images includes Christians and Jihadis terrorizing Hindus. The image of a woman is from Chittagong, a city in Bangladesh as per the post found on Facebook shared on 8 October 2017. This woman was identified as Panchabala Karmakar, a permanent resident of Uttar Jaldhi village under Banshkhali Police Station of Chittagong district. The helpless and poor old woman was severely injured by Pradip Ghosh, an influential neighbour and his son Biswajit Ghosh in a preplanned manner. Her condition is critical. there is no one to treat and serve her. Please share.
