Verification: It is actually a funeral procession for the dead (for various reasons) during the Hajj ceremony, Aug 2019.
The fake post is shared with the claim to be the funeral of the dead due to viral disease #COVID-19 in Iran. Its a warning post to tell people about what can happen if you go out on the streets. In fact, it is a funeral procession for the dead (for various reasons) during the Hajj ceremony, Saudi Arabia in Aug 2019. COVID-19 infection was not known at that time. The first death due to coronavirus was reported in China in January 2020
