Verification: There is no such open lucky contest by Snap deal
The message was viral earlier and is now again on rounds on whats app. The message shared about Snap deal open lucky draw is not true. Please dont deposit money or share any financial information to the link provided in the fake message. Snap Deal has cleared this on its twitter account Snapdeal_ Help. The link provided in message is not that of authentic Snap deal. On calling the number given in message, the screen of mobile showed:
The fake link when opened, directed towards unauthentic site that is not real Snapdeal. Check the screen shorts from the sites
Check4Spam contacted Snapdeal_Help through twitter message. Check the message below:
Snapdeal _ Help responded and confirmed that this open lucky draw is not true.
“Hi! Please do not respond to any Phone Call/Email/SMS claiming to offer rewards/lucky draw prizes on behalf of Snapdeal. We NEVER request our customers for unsolicited financial information or advance payments in exchange for rewards. Thanks, Shreya”.
