Prosenjit Chatterjee tweeted and congratulated Paresh Maity for the portrait of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. He also mentioned that people mistook the painting as his character in Gumnami.

Srijit Mukherji clarified in his tweet that the painting was by Paresh Maity with reference to the picture in the tweet. He also praises Somnath Kundu the makeup artist for Prosnejit looks in Gumnaami.
