The viral image has been digitally manipulated from an authentic photo of NBA player Draymond Green wearing a shirt that shows an orange and blue cupcake. Rachel Nichols a sports reporter tweeted the image in 2017 and that was much before the COVID-19. The logo seen on the altered version of the photo, which features a cartoon-like syringe, was designed by Art Fuentes, who shared the design with Twitter and Instagram. The background of the image is the same in a viral and real post. Just the design on the T-Shirt is added digitally to mislead. The people at the back are the same in both images. A person talking on mobile can be seen in both images. A man with a cap is also seen in both images. Original photo was taken in the year 2017.
