Mr. Kollarappa is 20 Years old boy missing from Kampathapalli village, Tadigol Post, Srinivaspur Taluk, Kolar District since August 20th, 2016 . Kollarappa is a person with Mental Retardation with stammering disability and he came for job readiness training program from Dadaguru Village, Molakalmuru Taluk, Chitradurga District.
We have lodged complaint in Srinivaspur Circle Police Station, Kolar District vide FIR No. 0169/2016.
His details are as follows :
4.5ft tall, little bite speak Kannada and says only his name & Bellary and don’t have clear speech. There is tattoo In his right hand written as “G.K”.
