Indian Railways is not sold to Adani. The video was also shared by Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. The Indian Railways had allowed brands to cover train engines in vinyl ads in 2019. Indian Railways earns big revenue from Adani, Haldiram’s branded locomotives. Several other brands like TATA Steel, Haldiram’s and Amul have placed similar vinyl advertisements on the locomotives.
