Verification: An old video from Himachal Pradesh is shared with false claims
The post shared on twitter is not true. The video is neither from Kashmir and nor is latest. The same video was also shared with the fake claim ( See how Indian Army is stealing fruits in Kashmiri orchids ) on Facebook by Peshawar Pigeons in 2018.
An old video from Himachal Pradesh is being shared with fake claims on different social media under misleading captions targeting Indian forces. This is from Kotkhai in upper part of Shimla and the video dates back to 2018. In this video, forest officials were cutting trees because the High Court had ordered to cut illegal apple plantations Please check the links below to know the facts.

As per the orders of honorable High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Forest Department is clearing its land which has been encroached. The Himachal Pradesh High Court on Wednesday granted a week’s time to Special Investigation Team (SIT) to complete felling of the apple plants in the apple-belt of Shimla as part of a court-ordered drive to clear illegal encroachments on forest land.
