Verification: Shimoga continues to be the Green Zone at present
MP Udupi Shobha Karandlaje shared a post on twitter saying Shimoga turns from the Green Zone to the Red Zone. This is not true. People on the tweet also commented to say the information is false.
In fact, according to VijayKarnataka Shimoga article, Shimoga continues to be a green zone. Corona was found in those from Ahmedabad. Of the total 9 people from Gujarat who came to the district, eight of them were confirmed by Corona. District Emergency Minister KS Eshwarappa told Shimoga district continues in the green zone.
