It’s been so hot in Arizona that cars are literally melting from the extreme temperatures.

Verification: Cars didn’t melt due to weather
The images of melted cars is from the aftermath of a construction fire that occurred in Tucson Arizona on June 19th, 2018. The incident was due to extreme heat, and not due to the weather. The image is circulating with false claim. It is also being circulated on Facebook as from Saudi Arabia. The old images are being circulated on social media with fake captions.
Check the video shared by Arizona Daily Star and the comment by an individual “Went to see the aftermath of this today. The cars parked across the street have melted bumpers just from the immense heat.” by an individual on the video tells the truth.
