Below post has been circulating on social media.
Don’t forward any posts or videos etc., u receive regarding politics/present situation about Government/PM etc.
All India Police have put out a notification termed ..Cyber Crime … and action will be taken…just delete…inform your friends & others too.
Writing or forwarding any msg on any political & religious debate is an offence now….arrest without warrant…
This is very serious, plz let it be known to all our groups and individual members and admin can b in deep trouble. Even let it be in foreign country or anywhere in world.
Please take note of this seriously.
Verification:
First of all there is nothing called “All India Police”. This post is against the freedom of speech of an individual. He/she has all rights to talk about politics or his/her view points about any subject under the freedom of speech constitutional right. Its the common rules of any penal acts that will apply like case of defamation, hate speech etc.

We want to bring to your notice about Section 66A and the actions which occurred in India around it.
Police had used Section 66A of IT Act to arrest people for their posts on social media.
As on March 2015, Supreme Court had called Section 6A of IT Act as unconstitutional and had striken it down.
