How many really knows that this company employs only Muslims and it is Halal certified ?
ID Fresh Food, a private limited company, was founded in 2005 by P.C Mustafa and his four cousins – Abdul Nazer, Shamsudeen TK, Jafar TK, and Noushad TA.
In 2014, ID Fresh foods raised Rs 35 crore in the first round of funding from Helion Venture Partners. It was the first venture capital deal in the country to adhere to strict Shariah Islamic Law as per the request of the management of ID Foods.
They utilized the funds to add more products and scale-up the business.

The fake message regarding iD Fresh Food is circulating on social media. The message includes an article from The Hindu BuisenessLine from the year 2014. The article, however, does not mention the use of cow bones and calf rennet in iD products.

The message is fake. Deepika Das a representative from the iD Fresh Foods mailed to Check4Spam to report the false information spreading on WhatsApp, about their products, that can mislead their consumers, as spam. Shared below is the screenshot of the mail.
iD Fresh Food has clarified the fake message in their other social media platforms FaceBook, Instagram, and Twitter. In fact, the company uses only vegetarian ingredients to make its products.
