This message started coming in during February 2017. We think its a fun post as 2017 February is just with 28 days. Otherwise its an old post which is not valid.
Please note that exchange of old 500 and 1000 notes are possible for NRI’s and others at RBI centers. However there are some contradictions. Please find more details at the links below.
