Verification: AMU students were not chanting “हिंदुओं की कब्र खुदेगी”(Hinduon ki kabr khudegi)
The video of AMU student protest against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) is viral on social media with false claims.
Check the clearer version of the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) video in which the students were chanting: “Hindutva ki kabr khudenge, AMU ki dharti par.” They did not chant ‘Hinduon ki kabr khudegi,’ as claimed in the viral post shared by various people on different social platforms. Listen to the students carefully in the link shared below.

But the other video from Jamiya Millia University where students are heard saying “Hinduon se Azaadi” is still not clarified. We heard it many times, tried our best. The words “Hinduon” and “Hindutva” can not be heard clearly as they sound more or less similar. Whereas in AMU video, “Hindutva” word is heard very clearly. We will keep you update on this.
