Verification: Photo of a Pakistani TikTok star Gul Chahat, a transgender is shared as Silsila Alikhil
Silsila Alikhil, 26, the daughter of Najibullah Alikhil, Afghanistan’s ambassador to Pakistan, was abducted on her way home on 16 July 2021. Soon after the incidence the posts were shared on social media with a photograph of a TikTok star Gul Chahat, a transgender, claiming to be Afghan Ambassador’s daughter. The photo shared as viral can be found on Gul Chahat Facebook profile. Gul Chahat also was Live on Facebook account and can be seen complaining and asking for support.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs- Afghanistan tweeted about the abduction of the daughter of the Afghan Ambassador on friday in Islamabad.
