Verification: Helicopter image used for articles by various people and media about Helicopter showering flower petals on health workers is an old image from Republic Day parade in 2018
Due to the incredible support from all the health workers, everyone is obliged with their selfless dedication towards COVID-19 patients. They have been appreciated by society in many different ways. One of the ways of showing gratitude was showering flower petals on the hospitals and health workers Air Force helicopter.
While the few images were true, the one image of the Helicopter is an old image from the year 2018. The image can be found here. The image uploaded on AP Images on 26 January 2018 mentioned that it is from Guwahati. The old image shared is shown below:
