If you have money in paytm wallet use it or get it credited into your bank account before jan 15. Paytm is converting into bank and after jan 15 you will not be able to transact with your paytm wallet money.

Its miss quoted post. Like any other bank account you can transfer your money to other accounts.
About the statement marked with pen in the picture, please note that it says about IF YOU OPT OUT OF THE MOVEMENT FROM WALLET TO BANK ACCOUNT THEN WITHIN 15 DAYS IF YOU DON’T TRANSFER THEN YOU CAN TRANSFER THE MONEY ONLY AFTER FURNISHING BANK DETAILS.
