In the actual video, District president of Jamiat-Ulema-e-Hind Mufti Raees is talking about the Tabrez Ansari lynching incident which happened in Jharkhand. Clip from an old video is being used and shared by many well known people with false claims. It does not have any relevance to Shaheen Bagh
