Rohan Jain’s Instagram account shared the video on 23rd Dec 2023 with the description ”

Taletirth shared the video on its Instagram account that shows the rotating pillars as in the viral video with false claims.

“Shree Sammed Shikharji Taleti Tirth, located on Parasnath Hill, the highest mountain in Jharkhand, India, is a Jain pilgrimage site where 20 of the 24 Jain Tirthankaras attained Moksha, or liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
The site is also known as Sammed Shikhar or Sammet Shikhar, meaning “peak of concentration”, because the Tirthankaras and other monks practiced intense meditation there.
The site has 31 temples, each dedicated to a different Tirthankara or a Jain saint. The main temple is the Jal Mandir, where the 23rd Tirthankara, Parshvanatha, attained Moksha. The temple is surrounded by a water tank and has a marble idol of Parshvanatha.
The site can be reached by foot or by dolis (palanquins) from Madhuban, a town at the base of the hill. The distance from Madhuban to the top of the hill is about 9 km, and the total journey takes about 27 km, including the visit to all the temples.
The site is considered to be the most important Jain Tirtha by both the Digambara and the Śvētāmbara sects of Jainism. It is also one of the five principal pilgrimage destinations along with Girnar, Pawapuri, Champapuri, Dilwara, Palitana, and Ashtapad Kailash.
The exact date of the construction of the first temples at Shree Sammed Shikharji Taleti Tirth is not known, as they are associated with the ancient history of Jainism. However, some sources suggest that the earliest temples were built more than 900 years ago. The current structure of the temples was rebuilt by Jagat Seth in 1768 CE. The site has also undergone several renovations and expansions over the centuries by various Jain devotees and patrons.”
