Himanshu Jatav also has a Facebook account that states that he is based in Delhi and is a video creator. The viral video is a skillfully produced and well-planned piece of content. Check the resemblance in the images shared below. The same shirt is also worn in viral videos and the profile image of Hemraj Thakur (Himanshu Jatav):
A Twitter user shared the video and wrote that the man with the cap is a Hindu and all others are actors. Hemraj Thakur creates such videos to earn money. But this particular video has a communal angle.
