The same video is being shared on Youtube on 26th December 2022 with the description “Ndoutt from Djilasse: first images with nearly 600 ndiouli”. It is from Senegal where the ritual is performed by the Serer community. It is nowhere related to any kind of marketing of young African girls wrapped up in sacks.
Ndoutt’ or ‘Ndut’ is an old ritual followed by the Serer community in the West African Country of Senegal. In this celebration of the Ndut Initiation Rite, music, dance, etc are performed and lastly, Circumcision is done for boys and they are welcomed into adulthood.
Another video is uploaded on 17th April 2017 with the description “ndut dance demonstration by Doudou Maï and Bakary Ndiaye”. Video shows the same kind of view as in viral video.
Thus the claim on viral video is misleading. Video of the ritual ceremony of Ndut from Senegal West Africa is being shared with false claims.
