The date on the original photo is 24th Jan 2019 and shows an Iraqi photographer crying after his national football team lost against Qatar in the AFC Asian Cup and was published with the caption, “Passionate. The post identified the photographer as Mohamed Al Azawiy. Mohammad Ali Askari, a Twitter user shared the photo in a comment to the above tweet:

The photographer is not crying while clicking pictures of Lord Ram’s idol. Mohamed Al Azawiy was crying after his national football team lost against Qatar in the AFC Asian Cup in January 2019. An old unrelated picture is being shared with false claims.
