SMS to 96000 97000 was a service started by Airtel and Jeevan Blood Bank in Chennai during 2008. This was ONLY FOR CHENNAI, not for all India. (read more at: http://www.jeevan.org/media/press.html )
As of now the service is not found active. This post circulating is hence classified as SPAM.
